HOW TO ORDER:
All prices quoted are in
Singapore dollars.
Freight charges are not included in these quotations and will be
charged accordingly depending on the countries to be delivered to.
All orders can be made via
email.
For local transactions in
Singapore, payments are
to be made via Cash-On-Delivery (COD).
The mode of payment is either in cash or cheque.
For oversea customers,
payments are to be made via Telegraphic Tansfers (TT) to :

Once payments are received, the
orders will be immediately dispatched via courier service. They
are expected to arrive in the hands of the recipients in 3 working
days.
COMMISSIONS:
For those with specific
requirements, arrangement can be made for commissioned works.
Since it is going to be a masterpiece, full inspiration must
rest with the artist. This must be respected so that the work will
bear the heart and soul of the artist instead of the latter being
dictated. It is important that the client is confident with the
artist based on his portfolio of works because the painting he/she
is commissioning is going to face it for the rest of the life.
The additional thing to note is
that since the artist, Samuel Teo, specialises in the theme of
roses, all commissioned works must naturally bear a hint or theme
of the subject.
What to expect in the
commissioned work process:
1. The artist will explore with the client base on the hint given,
eg. size, ideas.
2. Once decided with the commission, client will give a 20%
deposit of the quoted price.
3. Artist will present alternative ideas in the thumbnail sketches
to choose.
4. Once accepted, he will proceed with the actual painting.
5. Depending on the complexity and size, each painting may take 2
weeks to 2 months to complete.
6. The final payment of 80% shall be made upon delivery of the
completed work.
